About Us
Multi-Culturalism
We acknowledge the dual cultural heritage of Aotearoa New Zealand and support childrens' awareness of our multicultural community, towards an inclusive society. We are lucky to have a diverse group of families attending the Centre, with heritage including Maori, Pacific Island, Indian, Chinese, Spanish and Pakeha.
Our daycare proudly embraces multiculturalism, fostering an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of our community. We celebrate traditions, languages, and customs, creating a global perspective for our young learners. Our curriculum integrates multicultural themes, exposing children to a variety of cultural experiences through stories, music, and art. Through this multicultural approach, we aim to instill open-mindedness and a sense of unity in our diverse and harmonious daycare community.
